Your files are never sent to us. Analytics and advertising are, and this page explains exactly what that involves.

Your documents are never uploaded
Every tool on this site processes files inside your browser, using your own device. Your documents are not transmitted to us, not stored by us, and not seen by us. We could not produce a copy of anything you have processed here, because we never received it.
This is a technical fact about how the site is built rather than a promise about how we behave. You can confirm it yourself: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab, and use any tool on the site.
It follows that there is no retention period for your files, no deletion schedule, and no data breach that could expose them. None of those apply to data that was never collected.
What is stored on your device
A small amount of data is kept locally in your browser. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us:
- Your light or dark theme preference, so the site does not flash the wrong colours when you return.
- Temporary working data while a tool is running, which is discarded when you close the tab.
Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (property G-C8V687SQFD) to understand which pages people use and where the site is failing them. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
Analytics sees pages, not documents. It has no access to the files you process, because those never leave your device and are never part of any request.
Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google's infrastructure. Google acts as a data processor for this purpose, and its own practices are described in Google's privacy policy. You can opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and may collect data about your browsing in order to do so.
Advertising has no access to your documents. Ads are placed in specific slots in the page layout and cannot read the contents of the tools.
You can control personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and opt out of third-party cookie use for personalised advertising via aboutads.info. Blocking cookies for this site works too, and the tools continue to function normally either way.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over personal data held about you. Since the only personal data involved here is analytics and advertising data held by Google, most requests are handled fastest through Google's own controls — but write to us and we will help.
- If you are in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Our lawful basis for analytics and advertising is consent where required, and legitimate interest otherwise.
- If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
- Wherever you are, you can use the site's tools without accepting cookies. Blocking them does not disable anything.
Because the site is operated from Pakistan and uses Google's services, data associated with analytics and advertising may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
