Contact
One address, read by a person. Bug reports and corrections are the most useful thing you can send.
The address is contact@pdfzone24.com. It reaches a person rather than a ticketing system, so plain English is fine and there is no form to fill in.
Reporting a tool that is not working
Almost every report can be resolved quickly if it includes a few details. Without them, the usual outcome is a round trip asking for them.
- Which tool, and the address of the page you were on.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and version, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer.
- Roughly how large the file was, and whether it was a scan.
- Any message shown on screen, copied out exactly.
Please do not attach the document itself. We cannot accept your files — that is the entire point of the site — and an unsolicited contract or ID scan in an inbox is a problem for both of us. A description of the file is always enough.
Suggesting a tool
Requests are read and do influence what gets built. The ones that get built soonest are the ones that can work entirely in the browser, since anything requiring a server would mean receiving your files.
Privacy requests
If you want to know what data is held about you, or want it deleted, write to the same address and say so. In practice the answer is usually short, because the tools themselves collect nothing — the details are on the privacy page.
Response times
This is a small operation, not a support desk. Most email gets a reply within a few working days. Anything reporting a broken tool or a security concern is looked at first.
